Terms and conditions apply. Must be a current or previous MTY Builders homeowner, or under contract to purchase an MTY Builders home, to be eligible for the referral reward. A completed online referral form must be submitted prior to the referred party’s first contact with MTY Builders (including visits to model homes or communication with sales representatives).
Referral bonus of $1,500 will be issued by mail after the referred buyer successfully closes on their new MTY home and the transaction has funded. Processing and delivery of reward may take up to 30 days post-closing. Only one referral reward will be granted per closed home. Each unique referral is eligible for one reward, and duplicate referrals will not result in multiple payouts.
Real estate agents/brokers and MTY Builders employees are not eligible to participate. Referral reward will not affect the purchase price or closing costs of the referred buyer. The cost of the referral reward will not be passed to the buyer in any way.
Referral program terms, reward amount, and eligibility are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice. Offer valid on new home contracts with a closing date on or before [insert applicable date if needed].
