AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and other regional carriers.
9. DELIVERY AND RELIABILITY
MTY Builders Inc is not responsible for:
- Messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier network issues
- Incompatible mobile devices or technical failures
- Service interruptions outside of our control
We do not guarantee message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will:
- Use your phone number only to send messages you consented to receive
- Protect your information with reasonable security measures
We will NOT:
- Sell your phone number to third parties
- Share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
