Our Story.
MTY Builders, Inc. was founded in 2008, in Houston, TX by Angel Saucedo. After graduating from the University of Nuevo Leon, in Monterrey, Mexico, with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Mr. Saucedo has carried a career of more than 20 years in the building industry before opening his own building company and developing over 100 communities through out the city of Houston. Today the company forms one of the most fast paced urban builders in Houston, TX with a team of 25 employees and over 50 contractors working daily to accomplish the continuous growth that keep experiencing.
MTY Builders is committed to the Greater Houston Area by building beautiful homes within the city limits and bringing new homeownership opportunities to the market. MTY Builders is now one of Houston’s most trusted residential building companies, with the combined 35 years of experience in bringing the best townhomes and single-family homes to our city of Houston with plans of expanding to cities such as Austin, San Antonio and Dallas.
